SARAH HADLAND
The founder and principal, Sarah Hadland, has over 20 years’ experience in advising clients from individual artists to entrepreneurs, small business and major companies. Her expertise ranges from contracts and negotiations to litigation in the UKIPO, OHIM, IPEC and the High Court.
In the 2015 edition of Chambers Sarah is listed as a “Notable Practitioner” who “continues to command the respect of peers and clients. With experience in a wide number of sectors including fashion, music, publishing, luxury, retail, travel and technology, Naazneen manages trade mark portfolios for major fashion houses and advises upon exploitation as well as protection of intellectual property rights.
